Introduction:
Analysis of stability of the entanglement-based QKD system with introduced controlled perturbations of quantum communication channel.
Description:
Expertise covering influence of controlled perturbations of quantum communication channel (modelled by optic fiber) on operation stability of entanglement-based QKD system. Main analysis tool was prepared control cards generated with qcc package. Control cards were used to monitor QBER parameter – rate of observed errors in communication due to randomness of measurement, imperfection of detectors or optical elements and damping in optical fiber (as well as eavesdropping).
