Characteristics of optical components optimization in detection module of entanglement-based QKD system. One of the most important modules of entanglement-based QKD system is detection module which is the same on both sides of QKD systems. Its optimal functioning is crucial for operational of whole system. Methods of assessment and optimization of optical components of this module were presented as well as measurement basis optimization.
